Analyst, Desk Side Support

What can you expect in this role?
•    Responding to various incidents and service requests
•    Performing installs, completing lease roll-overs
•    Supporting various move activities (some lifting may be required 40lbs) 
•    Creating documentation and updating KB articles
•    Providing on-call and after hours support on a rotating basis

What do you bring to the role?
•    Outstanding customer service skills
•    Minimum 2 years of IT Support experience
•    Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•    Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities
