CRM Coordinator Co-op

What can you expect in this role?

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and receiving day to day coaching and guidance from them and the team, you'll work to support cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g., developing digital assets, data assessment)

• Develop an understanding of CRM’s role in the business and its strategic importance
• Enhance your experience working with leading email marketing platforms
• Learn to develop data driven case studies for enhancements or features that improve organizational capabilities
• Opportunity to work closely within a small team and see immediate results from contributions
• Assist in creating and maintaining journey flows that provide value to customers and leads
• Communicate campaign launches to all participants and stakeholders
• Participate in the analysis of trends, ideation of improvements and creative design of email layouts
• Update, track and maintain assets for current and upcoming email campaigns
