This is a 12-month contract role
What can you expect in this role?
- Reporting to the Manager, you will be accountable for providing superior service in a processing role
- Categorizing a high volume of incoming communication with accuracy
- Demonstrating superior computer skills and agility in using a variety of different systems and programs
- Consistently meeting quality and production metrics to support the company service standards
- Assisting other departments with various tasks as required
What do you bring to the role?
- Completed high school diploma and relevant work experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary degree or diploma or willingness to complete a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience in working in case management, bilingual written and spoken would be an asset
