As part of Enterprise Procurement, the you will provide general analytical, business and administrative support to the various areas of EP (operations, strategic and risk management). The candidate will be involved in supporting contract management processes, as well as assisting the team with documenting new procedures, updating department templates and general support as needed. 

  • General administrative and procurement support for the broader team 

  • Contract file management 

  • Update templates to reflect new processes, company name change, new policy requirements etc… 

  • Support developing supplier profiles 

 

What you bring:  

  • Currently pursuing a University or College Degree with a graduation date later than Jan 2023 

  • Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, whether with customers or co-workers 

  • Able to perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure 

  • Problem solving skills – with the ability to consider how things work from multiple perspectives  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills  

  • Great time management, ability to multi-task and strong attention to details   

  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
