Responsibilities:
Partner with our Technology Delivery Managers to lead small initiatives within the technology portfolio (Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, Contact Centre, and CRM Platform)
Partner with Portfolio Managers to shape future technology discoveries (RFP/RFIs), business cases, cost estimates, and strategies
Support the Portfolio Planning team through quarterly or annual planning cycles – this may include engaging with TS or business leads to understand and compile new Plan submissions
Support the Director of Portfolio Planning with ad-hoc executive requests
Lead our TS Portfolio Intake pipeline coordination and communication with senior Technology and Business stakeholders – this includes maintaining our ServiceNow and JIRA pipeline views
Creation and/or updating of executive PowerPoint presentations
Chair meetings, take & distribute minutes to all team members and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Working towards a university degree/college diploma in a technology, business or related discipline with a graduation date no earlier than January 2023
Previous experience working in a technology solution environment
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint) and MS Teams
Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow & Clarity (CA PPM)

Work Location: The position will either be a hybrid (1-3 days in office) or fully remote. These positions are spread across our different locations including Kitchener/Waterloo and Toronto
