Claims Adjuster (no license required) – Paid in-house AMF Training and Designation Program
We’re looking for exceptional bilingual customer service representatives looking to shift their career in insurance, giving you the ability to create new and long-term career paths at Definity Insurance with very competitive compensation.
To become a Claims Adjuster in Quebec, you will need to hold an AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license and through this internal training program, Definity will pay for all training, exams and courses. If this interests you, continue reading below for more information!
To be considered for this position, you will be provided with paid in class professional instruction and material to prepare you for writing the three mandatory AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) exams in personal lines insurance. Additional requirements such as keeping up with your annual AMF licensing and obtaining licensing in other providences in personal lines insurance will be required.

What you’ll be doing as a Claims Adjuster:
The Claims Adjuster role is to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims in accordance with Definity’s procedures. A conversation with a Claims Adjuster can make or break a customer’s day, so ensuring we help customers with the highest level of empathy and customer service is key to this role!
