What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with various departments and capture current and planned process changes to design and develop business cases, success criteria and benefits tracking metrics
• Extract, clean, structure raw data, analyze and review results
• Address ad-hoc requests to produce actionable business insights and reports when requested by functional business partners
• Perform deep dive analysis while determining/detecting key data correlations and trends
• Create process and governance documentation including data dictionaries to ensure operational continuity, assist with other data management activities (testing, mapping, cleaning, etc)

What do you bring to the role?

• Min 5 years full-time experience, focusing on data analysis and storytelling is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential – true ability to work collaboratively to achieve team goals
• Proven analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Insurance industry experience (preferably P&C Insurance sector) would be beneficial but is not required
• Experience with digital support platforms including FullStory or other DXI products
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. SQL/SQL is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such Power BI, IBM Cognos, Tableau is an asset
• Experience with JIRA and working in Agile Pods an asset
• Curiosity and resourcefulness. You enjoy problem-solving coupled with strong critical thinking skills
• University Degree – Statistics, Sciences, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
