The Recruiting Operations specialist is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team.  This role is focused on driving efficiency while keeping candidate experience top-of-mind. The TAO Specialist is responsible for continuously assessing our processes, governance and technology and will help think through new innovative recruiting techniques and ways of working that will help the TA team achieve their goals. The keeper of data, the TAO Specialist will play a key role in understanding and showcasing our story using internal and external data that will be the backbone of how we drive decisions.      

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Continuous/Process Improvement: 

  • Drive process improvements: collaborate with TA, HR stakeholders and relevant business leaders to understand pain points and optimize and execute our recruiting strategies while gaining efficiencies through automation and process enhancements 

  • Work with TA, HR stakeholders and Key leaders to continuously assess our key customer journeys. Help define objectives and criteria for success by compiling feedback and data to drive new decisions and processes 

  • Help drive change management initiatives in TA. Create end to end launch plans with change management and communications principles. 

  • Help measure team goals and objectives, ensure compliance and build operational excellence for the TA team. 

  • Will own enhancements, training and communication for all recruiting technology related items (ATS, Scheduling software, Background Check, Brand related vendors, Assessment/Selection vendors, etc) 

 

Operational TA Accountability: 

  • Manage vendor/agency relationships and performance and work with TA team to enhance vendor/agency relationships 

  • Ensure all internal policies and procedures are continuously updated  

  • Support both internal and external communications as well as branding initiatives and social media accounts 

  • Manage Glassdoor reviews and responsible for updating content on all social media pages 

  • Use data and feedback and market knowledge to continuously assess the candidate experience and drive changes to the process as needed 

  • Proactively explore new and evaluate current tools, techniques, and technologies 

  • Help create, implement and report on the TA IDEA roadmap and imperatives 

 

Training: 

  • Create a TA learning program/calendar to ensure our TAS skills are always up to date and evolving 

  • Responsible for onboarding and training new TA team members on TA technology, Definity Culture and our overall recruiting process to ensure consistency in the experience being delivered. 

  • Keeping abreast of the latest market and technology trends and sharing those learnings with the TA and broader HR members 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2-4 years of Project/process Management experience within or outside of HR/Recruiting 

  • Experience breaking down complex processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements 

  • Proven continuous improvement mindset – always seeking to remove friction from processes keeping our customers in mind 

  • Proven ability to sift through data and use both quantitative and qualitative data to tell a story 

  • Experience working collaboratively to establish priorities and deliver complex programs
