What you’ll be doing

  • Actively participate in requirements gathering and analysis of business processes to determine technical feasibility.
  • Develop RPA workflows adhering to software development best practices.           
  • Create and execute test plans, and report results to business stakeholders. 
  • Address issues in a timely fashion, and work collaboratively with business stakeholders to determine optimal solutions.
  • General maintenance and monitoring of RPA artefacts, including enhancements or break fixes.  
  • Participate in regular coaching with reporting manager on continuous improvement opportunities
  • Assesses team and individual talent and addresses gaps by executing on training recommendations
  • Ensure tasks are tracked and team goals (WILOs) are updated on a regular basis
  • Listens to business partners and executes on voice of the customer feedback in a timely manner

What you bring

  • University degree or college diploma in a related discipline. 1 to 2 years of experience in RPA.   
  • Strong attention to detail with apt analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to question status-quo                        
  • Strong problem solving skills                                                             
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.                                                                   
  • Familiarity with RPA software, or comparable IT programming toolkit (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc.)                                                                       
  • Working knowledge in programming languages such as: C++/#, Python, Java, as well as proficiency in SQL, database structures, document object models, regular expressions, data operations.
  • The ability to work within a team and collaborate under pressure, in a changing environment

Good to have:

  • Process analysis experience
  • Understanding and experience with QA methodologies
  • Bilingualism
