Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Accounts, this role will be responsible for executing on key marketing campaigns, maintaining and renewing partnerships while consistently seeking opportunities to expand the relationship scope. The Account Executive - Paretnerships will create a strong culture of collaboration between internal business partners (Marketing, CRM, Content, DCC, Claims, IT, Legal) to ensure alignment in a fast-paced business expected to drive significant YOY profitable growth.

What can you expect from this role?

Partner Marketing Delivery + Achieving Quote Targets:

  • Collaborate with partners to gain buy-in to mix of tactics laid out in the yearly marketing plan.
  • Facilitate the delivery of creative assets, enable the execution of all planned marketing activities and seek opportunities for growth.
  • Accurately track results and identify areas of opportunity to partner growth

Group Launches & Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Digital Experience and Communications to plan, ideate and execute with partnerships.
  • Drive business with our partner organizations through a mix of promotional materials and added-value content.
  • Develop creative briefs and evaluate deliverables against objectives.
  • Cultivate maintain strong relationships with partners to continuously improve on retention and renewal targets.
  • Managing partner relationships to serve as an extension of their organization and support partner retention.
  • Set goals and monitor metrics and actions plans to expand and achieve partner satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan, execute, and monitor partner performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage project timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-delivery of marketing initiatives with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor project progress and address roadblocks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities for partner growth and retention.

What do you bring to the role?

  • University Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Insurance-related (e.g. CIP, OTL license, ACS)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster key internal and external relationships.
  • Must have good project management skills such as communication and organizational skills
  • Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking & problem solving, creativity/adaptability/resourcefulness, communication/collaboration, organizational/time management/stress management, persuasion, coaching, negotiation, emotional intelligence.
  • Expertise in driving quantifiable metrics and leveraging consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain through various channels.

Salary Range: 

$58,100 - $106,900

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.  In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in various incentive plans which are paid out at the discretion of the company and subject to individual and company performance.
