What you’ll be doing 

• Map user experience workflow and questions for various use cases 
• Review customer experiences and identify paint points. 
• Participate in digital team meetings 
• Work with team on projects as assigned.
• Support data platform operational activates
• Build operational dashboards
• Document operational process
• Help built operational KPI

What you bring  

• Has experience working in teams and collaborating.
• Detailed oriented, including taking notes 
• Experience in customer facing role, that developed a sense of customer empathy 
• Experience creating flow charts and customer journey maps desired 
• Able to handle tight timelines and work with a sense of urgency 
• Experience with technology
• Good communication and presentation skills

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22/h and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
