Commercial Intake Administrator (1 year contract)

What can you expect in this role?

• Reporting to the Manager, you will be accountable for providing superior service in a processing role
• Categorizing a high volume of incoming communication with accuracy
• Demonstrating superior computer skills and agility in using a variety of different systems and programs
• Consistently meeting quality and production metrics to support the company service standards
• Assisting other departments with various tasks as required

What do you bring to the role?

• Completed high school diploma and relevant work experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary degree or diploma or willingness to complete a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
• Previous experience in working in case management, bilingual written and spoken would be an asset
• Strong computer skills

Salary range: $33,200 - $57,400

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
