What can you expect in this role?
- The successful candidate will support various Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategic initiatives across all three focus areas of the team: sustainability integration, ESG reporting and community investment and social impact.
- Key areas include working with internal stakeholders to assist with climate project deliverables, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and conducting research and data analysis to identify sector trends.
What do you bring to this role?
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Environment, Business, or related
- Passion for shaping a more sustainable and equitable world
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong communications skills (written/verbal)
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data using Excel
- Results oriented with project management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Team player but also feel comfortable working independently
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to adapt as projects evolve
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22/h and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
