What to expect

• You will be an integral part of the Technology Business Management team, whose mandate is to monitor, track and analyze the IT budget expenditures and work with Technology leaders on department forecasts.
• You will be looked on to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing IT investments and cost savings.
• You will focus on the monitoring of our External Vendor costs, including preparing financial scenario analysis on contract renewals and providing clear analysis back to the Director of Technology Business Management.
• You will work collaboratively with other areas in Definity, such as Finance and Enterprise Procurement.

What you bring

• University degree in Business and or Finance and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Previous experience working with Procurement is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience working in a technology solution environment is an asset 
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams is an asset 
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Clarity (CA PPM), ServiceNow is an asset 
• Self-driven, able to move tasks & requests forward independently and with personal accountability. 
• Team player and excellent collaborator, able to both lead & participate to develop solutions with strong customer focus
