As a Specialist in Petline Marketing, you will manage and coordinate traditional and digital marketing initiatives to effectively promote pet insurance offerings across multiple digital and physical channels. You will support day-to-day operations, collaborate with experts in digital marketing and UX design, and develop strategies to enhance brand presence and community engagement. Responsibilities also include creating and optimizing marketing content, analyzing campaign performance, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee the overall marketing campaign calendar, project schedules, execute go-to-market plans, and collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize our brand presence and customer experience.
What you can expect from this role?
- Manage and coordinate digital marketing initiatives to promote pet insurance offerings across owned, earned and paid media channels.
- Support day-to-day operations including content updates, quality assurance, and reporting for digital and external partners campaigns.
- Collaborate with experts in digital marketing, UX design, and SEO to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
- Create and optimize marketing content such as digital ads, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform future strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to adapt marketing tactics and strategies accordingly.
- Write and edit content for various platforms including social media, blogs, website, and customer letters.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Support in executing go-to-market plans and demand generation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with web developers to manage website updates and enhancements for optimal user experience.
What you bring to the role?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Clear, effective communicator, verbally and in writing, excellent grammar, punctuation, proofreading and spelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple communities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with a collaborative spirit and approach.
- Understanding of the sales and marketing process relating to new project launches.
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
- Experience managing social media accounts and developing content for various channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
Salary Range: $55,800 - $102,800
