What you’ll be doing 

 

In this role, you will provide support to improve the operational effectiveness of Commercial Insurance across head office and regional departments. Assist in representing business objectives for Commercial lines while collaborating with IT to prioritize and deliver on department objectives in a timely manner and meeting quality expectations.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Support commercial Product Owners to identify and leverage efficiency opportunities through process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives
• Support requirements gathering discussions on commercial initiatives
• Support the delivery of business requirements within the system delivery life cycle, including scope and issue & risk identification.
• Provide user acceptance testing on assigned initiatives
• Participate in review of operational process workflows to highlight and address inefficiencies
• Other duties as assigned

What you bring  

 

• Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail, proactive and responsive to short deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to use data to help form decisions from an execution perspect
