What can you expect in this role?

  • The program Coordinator supports the overall delivery of the Modernization program, which is a multi-year digital transformation enhancing contract center maturity.
  • Support portfolio of projects contributing to continuous improvement of change management and human resources strategies across the programs   
  • Day to day partnering with various stakeholder across contact centers for status updates, action items, feedback and minutes. 
  • Support in preparing presentations for program meetings, executing surveys and assimilation of insights and trends. 
  • support with delivering on employee readiness, engagement activities and go-live events.
  • Point of contact for handling common enquires on the program.

What you bring 

  • Currently completing a college program or bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resource Management Communication, Arts, English or related programs 
  • A team player committed to team goals, productive and motivated
  •  Have advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Able to set priorities and multitask, take initiative and work effectively autonomously.
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities to develop a workplan to achieve project outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Able to meet deadlines while keeping your cool
  •  Eager to continuously develop your knowledge, skill and expertise
