  • Influence customer loyalty through professionalism and courtesy and solidifying customer relationships and following through on commitments
  • Utilize effective sales closing techniques to achieve desired business growth       

What do you bring to the role?

  • Completed a university degree OR 2–3-year public college diploma OR CIP designation
  • Proven success in a professional sales and customer service role
  • Must already possess a General Insurance Agent's License 
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, with both customers and co-workers
  • You make it your mission to take Customer Service to the highest possible level
  • You perform well in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure
  • You have good analytical and negotiating skills
  • Not only are you comfortable with change, but you also welcome it!
  • You are proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office suite

** The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **
