This individual will need to have strong communication and stakeholder management experience and also be proficient in excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for preparation of ELT decks and material being shared externally. Attention to detail and thoroughness are key skills to be able to review deliverables before being shared.

 

What can you expect in this role?

  • Update of monthly and quarterly business review process with the line of business Directors as well as with SVP and Senior Claim Leadership team
  • Preparation of various external and internal presentations and analyses to articulate the financial and operational performance of the Claim’s operation group
  • Business Case Support and Tracking for new and existing projects and initiatives
  • Monitor performance of claims initiatives and provide actionable insight to close any gaps to target
  • Analysis an presentation of external and internal legal expenses incurred by the claims operation group
  • Maintenance and development of predictive excel model that help in legal expense planning based on historical trends
  • Adhoc Analyses and Reporting to LOB VPs and Directors

 

What do you bring to the role?

  • University Degree - Finance Oriented
  •  5+ years of experience in a financial or management modelling/reporting role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are required for this role..
  • Strong work ethic
  • Insurance industry experience would be beneficial but is not required.
