About the Role 

We have multiple openings in our Commercial Insurance business supporting the Operations teams. In this role you’ll be developing a career in in-house consulting focused on business design, continuous improvement and change management to deliver a digitally-enabled customer experience! 

What you’ll be doing

• Be part of our in-house consulting team helping to drive the growth of our commercial insurance business 

• Help enable the profitable growth of our business by innovating and improving our operations 

• Work with us supporting process design workshops, develop or update our training curriculum 

• Monitoring key performance indicators and trends while supporting with analysis to develop new reporting metrics & insights, projects and system business implementation or draft cross-department communications to support our strategy. 

What you bring 

• Currently pursuing a University Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar degrees with a graduation date later than January 2023  

• Analytical mindset 

• Intermediate/advance knowledge of excel and powerpoint 

• Customer focus and ability to see things from the perspective of an end-user 

• Problem solving skills – with the ability to consider how things work from multiple perspectives  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills  

• Great time management, ability to multi-task and strong attention to details
